1) The MARINE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMAND (MEPCOM), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-one Pesos (Php 2,419,991.00) Only being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Chemicals for MSIF Laboratory with Project ID No. MEPCOM- BID03-2025 consisting of three (3) lots, as follows:
