Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2024 Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php5,183,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of inbred seed for buffer stocking in Oriental and Occidental Mindoro under production support services of Rice Program under Continuing Fund. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-titled procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required in thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
