1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, Drugs and Medicines Expenses, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thirty Six Thousand One Hundred Ninety Two and 40/100 Pesos Only (PhP2,436,192.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Cefixime and other items; PR No. 25-2094 dated May 08, 2025; SN 95 - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
