3. Must be located within Quezon City to avoid spoilage during delivery.
4. Supplier has establish foodchain branches within Quezon City.
5. Has established logistic for delivery within Quezon City.
6. Has been existence in the food retail for 20 years and registered in DTI.
7. To be delivered on September 15, 2025 at 9:00 am in the morning at 3rd Floor Admin. Division BFAR Main Building.
