Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CANON TONER THROUGH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office MIMAROPA, through the authorized appropriations under the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,128,000.00 ) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project, “Supply and Delivery of Canon Cartridge through Framework Agreement with Project ID No. DSWD4B-2025-012.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DSWD Field Office MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI- Schedule of Requirement after issuance of a Call -Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity (PE).
