Description : I. RATIONALE

The Human Resource Development Division (HRDD) organizes and conducts various employee engagement activities that benefit employees- health, wellness, and development. As of 2024, fifteen (15) in-house trainings and up to twenty agency events like flag-raising ceremony, agency anniversary, year-end Christmas activity, GAD, and more are held. During trainings and events, HRDD can document effectively with the aid of a functional camera for capturing pictures and a webcam for the participation of extension offices and employees working off-site and on official travel. The procurement of a camcorder and tripod as additional documentation equipment will benefit HRDD in the following aspects:
• Creation of training materials and presentations (e.g., Onboarding and orientation)
• Elimination of confusion and misinformation, and maintaining transparency
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the training or the event
• Increase engagement and focus
• Collaboration with external clients
