Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY
OF BULLETPROOF FLOATATION VEST FOR THE PCG
1.The Philippine Coast Guard, through General Appropriation Act of CY-2024,
(Continuing Fund) intends to apply the sum of Forty-Nine Million Nine Hundred
Seventeen
Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos and 67/100
(PhP49,917,666.67), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Bulletproof Floatation Vest for
the Philippine Coast Guard. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of
Bulletproof Floatation Vest for the Philippine Coast Guard. Delivery of the Goods is
required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to
Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of
submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
