Notes:
**Strictly no to refilled toner/drum units
**Counterfeit products will be returned to non-compliant suppliers for replacement
**Cost/unit must be inclusive of VAT and delivery charges, if any
**Supplier must attach a valid authorized distributor certificate to sell Brother products
**MODE OF PAYMENT: To be deposited to supplier's bank account within 60 days after delivery,
net of applicable withholding taxes.
Preferably Landbank account, if any. Non-LBP accounts shall shoulder bank charges.
**DELIVERY TERMS: Within fifteen (15) working days upon receipt of the Purchase Order
**DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Shall be returned to supplier for immediate replacement. Supplier shall bear
all costs related to the return of items.
