II. SCHEDULE OF DELIVERY

Within Ninety (90) calendar days from the receipt of the Purchase Order or upon advice by the end user 354 pack
3rd Delivery:

Within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the receipt of the Purchase Order or upon advice by the end-user 351 pack
4th Delivery:

Within Two Hundred Seventy (270) calendar days from the receipt of the Purchase Order or upon advice by the end-user 351 pack

III. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 All defective goods/items shall be replaced within Fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of notice.
 All brewed coffee must be delivered fresh.
