Description : NOTICE FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
Adopting Sec. 53.1 (Two Failed Biddings) of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184
Reference No.: DA8-Goods-2025-TFB-9 (ID No. BT-25-GOODS-NLP-56177-0040):

The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the NLP -2025 CURRENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (P3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Breeder Goat”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
