Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRASS AND G.I FITTINGS REQUIREMENT OF THE SMWD FOR CY 2025
1. The Santa Maria Water District, through the Corporate Operating Fund for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (P2,787,350.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Brass and G.I Fittings Requirements of the SMWD for CY 2025 with Reference No. SMWD-PB2025-G-02-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Santa Maria Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) days upon receipt of the Request for Delivery based on Purchase Order issued and approved. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project which is at least twenty five percent (25%) of the ABC.
