1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Municipality of Jordan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Brand New Scanners and Printers for the use of MCRO with the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (P110,000.00) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184.
