1. The BANGSAMORO TRANSITION AUTHORITY - BARMM through the Government Appropriations Act of the Bangsamoro (GAAB) FY 2024, intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (Php 5, 403, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB 2025-07-0014 - Supply and Delivery of Brand-New Motor Vehicle for BTA-BARMM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
