Description : The Philippine Center for Economic Development (PCED), through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), intends to procure Brand-New Metal Louvered Doors for the project SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND-NEW METAL LOUVERED DOORS through Section 34 - Small Value Procurement of Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
