1. The Early Childhood Care and Development Council (ECCDC), through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Pesos: LOT 1: FIVE MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (PhP5,383,580.00), LOT 2: NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 969,500.00), AND LOT 3: SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP740,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
