1. The City Government of Borongan, through the Trust Fund - STI Ecosystem Development Toward Smart & Sustainable Borongan City intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Five Hundred Forty Pesos (Php1,126,540.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Brand New ICT Equipment for LGU-Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
