Supply and Delivery of Bottled Gourmet Sardines as Christmas Recognition to BOI Partners

II. Approved Budget for the Contract

The approved budget for the contract is Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 800,000.00) inclusive of VAT.

III. Scope of Work and Technical Specifications for the Supply and Delivery of Bottled Gourmet Sardines

• This procurement involves the supply and delivery of Bottled Gourmet Sardines with the following specifications:

Quantity 1,433 boxes
Packaging per Piece 8.05 oz (228g) lug type jars
Packaging per Pack 3 bottles/pack or box
Others (content per box) Bottled gourmet sardines in different flavors/varieties (i.e. corn oil, tomato sauce, olive oil, etc.) per box.

Christmas Packaging with ribbons and gift tag

• Supplier must have the capacity to supply the quantity needed by the BOI on the specified date in the Purchase Order.
