1. The Bukidnon State University, through the FY 2025 Fund (01- RAF Main )( 05-IGI Main) Budget Approved by the Board of Regents intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos and Seventy-Four Centavos (Php 418,788.74) for (Fund 01-RAF Main (Lot A) and One Million Sixty-One Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos and Forty-Six Centavos (Php 1,061,440.46) for (Fund 05- IGI Main) (Lot B) with the total amount of One Million Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Nine Pesos and Twenty Centavos Only (Php 1,480,229.20) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Books for University Library (re-bidding) with identification number GS-P22A-2025-08-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
