Description : 1. The Davao Oriental State University (DOrSU) through the General Appropriations Act
FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand
Nine Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos and Five Centavos (P9,999,938.05) being the ABC to
payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Books (Provision of Additional
Library Collection for Books, E-Books & E-Journals, Main Campus) (GOODS2026
EPA-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. DOrSU now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of goods is thirty (30)
calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five
(5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section
II (Instructions to Bidders).
