Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)
PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php800,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Bolts for Underground Support of Mine 3 Coal Project (“Project”), through Section 34. Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The goods must be delivered within fifteen (15) calendar days to Mine 3 Project Site, Brgy. Little Baguio, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay, after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposal received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications (TS) for complete details.
