1) The CARAGA REGIONAL HOSPITAL through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT (GAA) / INTERNALLY GENERATED FUND (IGF) OF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Five Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Pesos ( PHP 8,542,000.00 ) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Blood Bank Reagents and Supplies Under Single-Year Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening and the items below are subject for competitive bidding as Framework Agreement List. This procurement project is a LOT BID.
