Description : Instructions:
1. Bidders are required to read the instructions and fill all the blanks on the quotation properly.
2. Quotation/s must include all kind of taxes for the item/s or if any, including delivery charges.
3. Price quotation/s submitted shall be valid for the period of FIFTEEN (15) days reckoned from the deadline for submission of quotations as reflected in the PhilGEPS.
4. Term of Payment within-twenty (20) days from delivery of item/s.
5. Quotation/s or Proposal/s shall be submitted to the BAC Secretariat at the NTA Cagayan Branch office building, Bagay Road, San Gabriel, Tuguegarao City.
6. Only sealed canvasses or quotations shall be considered by the BAC.
7. The bidder is required to affix his/her signature over printed name, across each of the flap of the two sealed envelope containing the Bid Requirement and Price Quotation respectively. Both envelops, however, should be place in a big envelop. Non-compliance of which shall result to the automatic disqualification of proposal.
