Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

1. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL - ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA REGION CAMPUS (PSHS-ZRC) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Pesos (P 256,000.00), being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) for the Project: Supply and Delivery of Bed Foam for the Dormitory Building III of PSHS-ZRC.

2. Procurement will be conducted through the “Small Value Procurement” method, as specified under the 2016 Revised Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.
