The Department of Education, Division of Rizal - Cluster BCAMT (Baras, Cardona, Morong, and Teresa), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake an Alternative Method of Procurement in accordance with Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA).
Please submit your best offer/quotation for the item(s) specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ), subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. Your quotation, duly signed by your authorized representative, must be submitted on or before September 1, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. at Mariano C. San Juan Elementary School.
