Description : The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority - Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Office (TESDA-NVPO), through its (BAC/Procurement Division/FASD), intends to procure "Supply and Delivery of Barbering and Massage Kit for Community Based-Training", which will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
