  SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BARANGAY PEACEKEEPING ACTION
  TEAM UNIFORM AND HANDCUFFS
  
  1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF CARAMOAN, through the FY 2026 General intends to apply the sum of ₱421,400.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BARANGAY PEACEKEEPING ACTION TEAM UNIFORM AND HANDCUFFS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF CARAMOAN now invites bids for the supply and delivery of 588 pieces of BPATS uniform and 98 pieces of handcuffs for the 49 barangays of Caramoan. using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) as the award criterion following the procedures under Sections 61 and 63 of the same IRR. Delivery of the Goods is required for a total of thirty (30) calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
