The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Office No. 5 (BFAR RO 5), Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur is requesting from prospective suppliers to submit written proposal for the Supply and Delivery of Bangus Fry at TFB Farm, Tiwi, Albay.

Conditions:
1. To be delivered at TFB Farm, Tiwi, Albay early in the morning (5:00 AM - 8:00 AM) within 1st week of July 2026 upon receipt of the Purchase Order by the supplier.
2. Hatchery breed.
3. At least 21 days old fry.
4. Mortality allowance of 10%.
5. Should be properly acclimatize in pond before stocking.
6. Random sampling by inspector of at least 10% of the total delivery.
7. Salinity at least 15-25 ppt.
Together with the written proposal, the participating prospective suppliers shall also submit the following requirements:
1. Mayor-s/Business Permit
2. PhilGEPS Registration No.
3. Omnibus Sworn Statement
