  SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BANGUS FRY FOR LEGISLATED MULTI-SPECIES MARINE NURSERY.
  
  
  The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-12 (BFAR-12) of the Department of Agriculture, through the General Appropriations Act for 2025 intends to apply the sum indicated in the table below, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Five Hundred Thousand (Php1,500,000.00) Pesos to payments under the contract for Bid Reference No.: 2025-004 entitled “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BANGUS FRY FOR LEGISLATED MULTI-SPECIES MARINE NURSERY”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
