1. The COMMISSION ON ELECTIONS (COMELEC), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake Small Value Procurement and invites interested entities to submit their Quotation for the Supply and Delivery of Ballpen for use in the Voter Registration with the details as follows:
