1. The Local Government of Rosario, Northern Samar, through the Trust Fund/PMNP-PBG intends to apply the sum of Php 102,266.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for RNS-2025-08-045. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Rosario, Northern Samar, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 Calendar Days.
