SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AUTOMOTIVE DIESEL FUEL FOR CONTINUOUS DRAINAGE OPERATION OF SEVENTY-ONE (71) PUMPING STATIONS AND INDEPENDENT FLOODGATES

IB-2025-110-GOODS-FCSMO

1. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, in accordance with Sections 7.5 and 7.6 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR), allowing Early Procurement Activities (EPA), intends to apply the sum of PESOS: Fifty-One Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand (Php 51,864,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Automotive Diesel Fuel for Continuous Drainage Operation of Seventy-One (71) Pumping Stations and Independent Floodgates. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

No award of contract shall be made until the approval and effectivity of the Metro Manila Council (MMC) Committee Resolution on Appropriations.
