INVITATION FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Local Government Unit of Atimonan thru the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested suppliers/contractors to apply for eligibility screening and if subsequently found eligible to bid for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGE (RAINFALL MONITORING SYSTEM) c/o MDRRMO.

APPROVED BUDGET for the CONTRACT Php 630,000.00

The place of the bidding activities shall be at the 3rd Floor New Municipal Bldg., Quezon St. Zone III Poblacion, Atimonan, Quezon on the following schedule.

1. Opening of bids shall be on March 12, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., at Municipal Bldg., Quezon St. Zone III Poblacion, Atimonan, Quezon.

All particulars relative to post-qualification/eligibility, bid security, performance security, pre-bid conference, bid opening, bid evaluation and award shall be governed by the provision of RA 9184, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
