1. The Municipality of Kalayaan through the MDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos & 00/100 (Php 776,453.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Assorted Supplies and Materials intended for Repair and Maintenance of MDRRM Vessel, Equipment and Materials for Drydocking of Outrigger Boat.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
