SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS INTENDED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM AREA

1) The Municipality of Kalayaan through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Five Hundred Twelve Pesos & 08/100 (Php 331,512.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Assorted Supplies and Materials intended for the Development of Tourism Area.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Municipality of Kalayaan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Assorted Supplies and Materials intended for the Development of Tourism Area. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
