INVITATION TO BID
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE USE

1. The Municipal Government of Cuyo, Palawan, through the Trust Fund/Grant (PHILHEALTH) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P477,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE USE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Cuyo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years, specifically, from November 12, 2022 to 12 November 2025 from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
