INVITATION TO BID

1. The Local Government Unit of Magpet through the Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Pesos only ( 358,200.00) Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CB0025-0063 for the Supply and Delivery of Assorted Food Supplies for the Complementary Feeding Among Nutritionally at Risk 6.59 months Old Children of the Municipality of Magpet. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Magpet now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
