1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund 2022, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P 320,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Artificial Leg. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations.

2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to quote for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.

3. Procurement Documents may be acquired by interested Suppliers from July 15-18, 2022, from the address given belowduring office hours and it may also be downloaded free of charge from the PhilGEPS website.
