  Description : 1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Siay invites bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Anti Rabies Vaccine for Animal Bite Treatment Health Center Use.
  
  2. The LGU-Siay, Local Government Unit of Siay, through the approved Budget of the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand One Hundred Pesos Only (P 100,100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the abovementioned procurement.
  
  3. The LGU-Siay now invites interested bidders to submit and negotiate offer for the project on or before March 23, 2026 at 10:00 A.M at Office of the BAC Chairman, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall Bldg., Dacanay, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay.
