Description : 1. 99 pax composed of 48 male and 51 female pax
Conduct of the Annual Physical Examination of employees and elected officials of the Municipality Sablan to be done in a DOH accredited laboratory in Baguio City and the mandatory tests to be be done all in 1 day and in one setting including physical examination and medical consultation and to cater to all employees within 10-15 working days with the amount to be divided equally among the employees and officials
Mandatory Tests:
For both Male and Female: 'Physical Examination, medical consultation and interpretation of laboratory results: Chest Xray - PA, CBC with platelet count; urinalysis, 12 L EKG; FBS, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, BUA, BUN, creatinine, SGOT, SGPT, alkaline phosphatase); AFP; Hep BsAg Screening and quantitative HBs AB titer for Healthcare workers
For Females: bilateral breast mammogram abdominopelvic Ultrasound; Pap smear for married/sexually active females;
For Male: abdominal, KUB and prostate UTZ, PSA for 50 years old and above
