INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and Delivery of Animal/Zoological Supplies

1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the PLGU Annual Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand and Four Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (Php 4,672,495.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Animal/Zoological Supplies for the use of PVO- PVO with Purchase Request No. 25-C0159 under Bid No. B-25-0054. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Animal/Zoological Supplies. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the delivery schedule under Section VI. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
