-Name and address of the manufacturer

-Expiration date
(b)The feed must not contain sand particles, and must be in pure form.
"(c)Terms of delivery:
-For the quarter, feeds will be delivered in batches monthly, delivery is as scheduled
-Preferably the feeds should arrive in the morning for the mandatory inspection of the Office of the Provincial General Services Officer (OPGSO)"
