INVITATION TO BID FOR: Supply and Delivery of Ambulance - Vehicle Type: Four-Wheel Van

1. The City Government of Toledo under the Trust-Trust Liabilities DRRM 70% Mitigation Fund CY 2023 - Vehicle - has appropriated the sum of EIGHT MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php8,500,000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Supply and Delivery of Ambulance - Vehicle Type: Four-Wheel Van. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and/or NTP.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
