Description : INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION

1. The Local Government Unit of Macrohon through Annual Performance Budget 2025, due to 2nd Failure of Bidding now invites bidders to submit sealed Quotation to enter into contract on award for the Supply and Delivery of Aluminum Sulfate and Chlorine of the Municipality of Macrohon, Southern Leyte with an Approved Budget for the Contract of Seven Hundred Eighty-ONe Thousand Six Hundred Five Pesos (Php 781,605.00) which has a project duration of Fifteen (15) calendar days.

2. Quotation will be submitted to the Municipal BAC Office of Macrohon, Southern Leyte on or before February 12, 2025 (Wednesday), until 8:30AM and must be accompanied by a Bid Security eighter of the following forms: cash, certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, irrevocable letter of credit or bank guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration as prescribed under Sec. 27.2.27.5 respectively of RA 9184. The Opening of Quotation will be on February 12, 2025 (Wednesday), until 8:30AM at the MPC Building, Municipality of Macrohon, Province of Southern Leyte. Late Bid shall not be accepted.
