INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AIRCONDITIONING UNIT (SUPER HEALTH CENTER)

1. The Local Government Unit of Anao, through its authorized appropriation under the CY 2025 General Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Seven Pesos (PHP 535,227.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project Supply and Delivery of Airconditioning Unit (Super Health Center) located at Barangay Poblacion Anao, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Anao now invites bids for the Project Supply and Delivery of Airconditioning Unit (Super Health Center). Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
