Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eighty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Five Pesos
(PhP82,345.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and
Delivery of Air Purifier Filters for PNOC EC Head Office (“Project”). The items shall be
delivered to PNOC EC Bldg. 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive BGC, Taguig City within thirty (30)
calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
attached Technical Specifications(TS) for complete details. Please note that the bid/proposal
to be submitted MUST be complete. Incomplete bid/proposal will be disqualified.
