Supply and Delivery of Air Conditioning Units for the Use of Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa
Project Identification Number-2025-11-1076

1. The City Government of Lipa, through the CY 2025 Annual Appropriation intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (P1,858,700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AIR CONDITIONING UNITS FOR THE USE OF KOLEHIYO NG LUNGSOD NG LIPA, with Project Identification Number-2025-11-1076.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required from receipt of Notice to Proceed until December 31, 2025. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
