1. The City Government of San Pedro, Laguna through the 2024 Budget Approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Php 1,099,240.00 being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Air-conditioning units for humidity and air quality in indoor spaces of GAVINO ALVAREZ LYING-IN CENTER (GALIC), City of San Pedro, Laguna. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
