Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT TWO FAILED BIDDINGS
(Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A 9184 - Negotiated Procurement Two Failed Competitive Biddings)
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Siay invites bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Air-conditioner for various LGU Offices.
2. The LGU-Siay, Local Government Unit of Siay, through the approved Budget of the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (P120, 950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the abovementioned procurement.
3. The LGU-Siay now invites interested bidders to submit and negotiate offer for the project on or before April 15, 2026 at 10:00 A.M at Office of the BAC Chairman, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall Bldg., Dacanay, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay.
