1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers/ service providers to participate in the negotiation of the project, “Supply and Delivery of Air and Room Cleaning System”, under Section 35.1 of Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Million Four Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos (P 1,434,720.00).
