Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AGRICULTURAL SUPPLIES/EQUIPMENT AND VARIOUS OFFICE FURNITURE

1. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa, through the Municipal Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Lot 1: Five Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Pesos Only (Php593,270.00), Lot 2: Four Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (Php497,700.00), Lot 3:One Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php143,250.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Agricultural Supplies/ Equipment and Various Office Furniture/ Project identification Number 2025-05-69. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is within 10 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
